Release-Once you have went through a time of Reflection, now it is time to release some things. You will not be able to hold all the things in 2007, if you are still holding everything in 2006. Here are some things to Release:
1. Past mistakes- remember past mistake are only evidents, they are not who you are, but only what you have done.
2. People-you have to evaluate your friendship to see if they are helping you move forward or holding you back.
3. Present routines-what are you doing in your present routines that are not working or hindering you?
4. Places-If you are in a place where you can't grow, you need to start slowly releasing that location and searching for a place that gives you the freedom to flourish.
